Disclaimer: this is info I've read from MapleSEA players so it may vary for us, but just in case here are the steps to all hidden missions.
First and foremost, you will not be able to do any hidden mission until you hit Master Designer Rank. So start accumulating those points to rank up to the top designer tier otherwise you will not be able to do any hidden missions.
Speak to either Kyrin or Spiegelmann in the event map, whom ever you have picked. Just click 'misc' and start talking to start the hidden mission quest chain. You will need to hunt down certain NPCs to communicate with in Nautilus first (not event map) and those NPCs may then send you on mini quests themselves before you move onto the next NPC you need to find. The directions are clear enough. Finish helping/talking to those NPCs then head back to the event map and talk to your main person again (Kyrin or Spiegelmann) and you will get the coupon for permanent outfit. The coupon allows you to choose either black or red, doesn't matter who you picked for the treasure hunt or what temporary outfit you were given. So if you picked Kyrin but like the black costume that's ok because the coupon allows you to pick either color.
Step 1: Simply talk to Spiegella in the event map to get a chair.
Step 2: (can not be done without step 1 completed) In event map talk to Abel then talk to Bart then go into the potion bar and stay there, uninterrupted, for 8hrs. After 8hrs talk to Bart then talk to Abel.
Step 1: In event map talk to Tangyoon to get chair. This chair, when sat on, gives you a random expression. Keep sitting and standing until you get the drool face expression (I have read others say get the 'overloaded stomach expression' and the 'fully belly expression' and 'drooling big belly expression' which makes me think it's the same thing we're looking full - drool face + swollen belly***) then stay sitting that chair, uninterrupted for 1hr.
Step 2: (can not be done without step 1 completed) Sit in a map on event chair for 8hrs.

Again this may be slightly different for us or it can be the same as MapleSEA, only time will tell. The only thing to work towards is reaching the Master Designer Rank for now. I'll keep looking for more information, see if anything changes when I attempt it myself. I'll also be trying to unlock the hidden missions earlier just in case the cap for us isn't Master rank but so far Spiegelmann hasn't started me on a mission (he was the one I picked) and Tangyoon's portal isn't even open yet so I think the top tier rank makes sense. Again will post here if it's different to MapleSEA.

For this year's halloween quest you need to make 3 candies to get the Halloween kitty ear hat, then there is a hidden "secret" mission to get a Halloween mount.
To make the candy you need to get the ingredients, but you are only told one of the three ingredients, you're meant to talk to your friends to find out what the other two are. Well...to save those of you who are like me, who don't have people you can just ask, I've listed the ingredients needed to make the candies. The first three I can confirm work because I was asked those, the rest are what I've found online or over chat so please forgive me if any of them are wrong, if so please mention it for those working on this quest.
[Mint Chocolate Candy] *can confirm
1. Magic Powder (Green) - this is obtained via herbalism but if you don't have herbing, I'm sure there will be some on AH.
2. Peppermint Flower - again obtained via herbalism.
3. Chocolate - You buy this from a merchant, I got mine at Orbis merchant.
[Skull Candy] *can confirm
1. Skull Shoulder Pad - dropped from Dark Cornian in Leafre
2. Kentaurus' Skull - dropped from Black Kentaurus in Leafre
3. Drake Skull - dropped from Drake in Sleepywood
[Healthy Candy] *can confirm
1. 100-year-old Bellflower - dropped from Sr. Bellflower Root in Herb Town (it's the one with the red berry on the root, lower drop than the normal root dropped)
2. Tonic - purchased from merchant, I got mine from the merchant at Herb Town
3. Carrot - dropped from Brown Hare in Ariant

1. Squishy Liquid - dropped from slime in Ellinia
2. Gelatin - dropped from Cube Slime in Magatia
3. Nependeath Seed - dropped from Nependeath in Orbis
Ok... so once you make 3 candies you get your kitty ear hat.
Now for the hidden mission (there is no quest prompt for this part) put that halloween kitty ear hat on and head over to Kerning City, head to Naora Hospital and while wearing the hat speak to Jane Doe. They will be all 'halloween already?', something like that and at the end of the interaction will give you a choice of the pumpkin mount or ghost mount.
In order to get the [Bouquet of Me ] chair first make sure you:
* Complete the last mission, mission 3 which rewards the floral NX hat.
* Exit the event map and wear the [Blossoming Flower] hat.
* Enter the event map without speaking to any spirits while wearing the hat.
Once you've done that, IN ORDER, talk to:
1) Tree Spirit
2) Rock Spirit
3) Spirit of Harmony
4) Wildflower Spirit
If you follow the above steps the Wildflower spirit will give you the chair coupon after talking to you. If you mess up the order exit the map and reenter and try again. You must be wearing the hat for this to work.
edit: you can get the chair on the same day you get the hat. The requirement is the hat because you need to be wearing it to get the chair.
