Try finding an active guild with an alliance and ask them for help with the kill. Lot of folks can kill normal magnus in seconds. If guild/alliance is not helpful, you could beg for help in henesys ch 1. Usually plenty of folks there in any server. To solo normal magnus, i personally needed 500-600k unbuffed range (the number listed as damage in your stats). Easy magnus (the magnus simulator) requires a lot less range. Somewhere between 100-200k should be enough. You can find him in the tent in the Reclamation HQ. Easy magnus can NOT be found in the castle. Both easy and normal should count for the 5th job requirement.
This game is not very noob friendly. It can be quite overwhelming at first and making yourself stronger is a slow and difficult process. Now that you've reached lvl 200 is basically when the real game begins. My advice is to take it one step at a time and don't be afraid to ask questions or google information. Having a helpful guild/alliance is recommended. Many guilds do daily and weekly boss runs and carries as well.
My favourite class is Dual Blade, but that's probably because it's the first class i ever played. I'm so used to playing it that i have a hard time getting used to others. I've played about a dozen other classes for link/legion so far and the only ones i really enjoyed were Cadena and Demon avenger. I don't see myself maining something other than Dual Blade though.

This is the message i keep getting when trying to start the game through steam. It's always worked fine for me until now. I was logged in on maple and had it running in the background while looking up some maple info on google. That's when i found out the game had crashed (had to use task manager to shut it down). Haven't been able to log back in since.
I've read a number of reports of this exact same error happening to a lot of people over a year ago, but i could not find any solutions other than "it might go away on it's own". How long exactly is "on it's own" ? And is there anything that can be done?
what if you're trying to kill mobs for a quest and the specific map that has those mobs has hackers on every single channel? What are you supposed to do then? Just give up?
