Create or marry a preexisting AB on both characters, you only get access to APQ which doesn't have to be done with your spouse, only requirement is a party full of "married" people.

As for the issue of two same sex couples marrying in-game I'll say the same thing I say every time, stop making it a political issue, the best solution for this is to remove gender entirely from the game if it's not going to do anything except limit you from a handful of items anyway. not being able to burn existing characters under level 200 is. I have a level 187 Demon Slayer I decided I was going to burn until I relized I wasn't allowed to. I decided I would grind it out to level 200 to start burning then I also noticed that burning existing level 200+ characters means you dont get any of the equipments/rewards from 1-200, which means I'd be missing out on the temporary faf set and the eternal flame ring. I didn't really want to start a new character because this one is done all of the boss and other important quests already. Is there something that would make burning a character like this and get the Hyper Burning rewards... unfair?

You however do NOT get the 200+ rewards if you have already past the level for the reward. (less)
Go to Ereve, Sky Ferry, talk to the Cygnus guard (The human one) on the lower platform and he will take you to outpost, from there you can get to Moonbridge by taking the right portal to the White Spear.
All can say is that everyone who has some brains not spend real cash into Vac Pets because it will be pointless seen the small amount Meso we might be able to grind for each day .
Now would be the time to buy a vac pet actually, to earn your "legacy" meso, before the nerf assuming we actually get this.
Meso caps only really make sense to combat bot levels of grind, which Nexon has not done here. The bar is set way too low and will kneecap legit players.
This was probably intentional to try to help control the market more but reboot has no market to control.
Nexon is just too lazy to balance two types of servers so any reg server "fixes" they apply, Reboot just gets slapped with them as well.
I understand that they want to give regular servers a clear reason to play over reboot but turning reboot into reg but just worse is not the way.
Nexon needs to get itself a good game lead who actually understands the appeal of reboot and incorporate them into the decision making.
Reboot can be the harder server, but it needs to have certain appeal and safeguards to make sure it isn't just a worse version of other server type. (less)
