in the Alcadano society...hidden portal located in the Neo Huroid//Huroid map...also big warning ahead......do NOT SKIP the text when you turn in....he will give you A PASSWORD for the doors linking the Alcadno and Zenumist society.....password you need to write down...its different for everyone so you can't look it up online.....gotta imput it on both side of ALcadno and Zenumist lock door...its cap sensitive btw
The password appears in your quest log, there's no need to write it down.
You should still check your quest log to see what your password is, but here's the quest you'll find it under.
Once you complete the quest it stops appearing here. (less)
I believe one way of handling this is to make "Chance" on starforcing permanent.
Let's say you're at 19 and you drop down to 17, you get a free upgrade back to 18.
This change would make it so that if you drop down to 17 you don't have to drop to 16 before you get another free upgrade.
You would simply be locked at 17+ until it either boomed or hit 20*. There's still the potential for dropping, yes. But it's far less vicious.
This would also assure that not all insanely funded people are running around in full 25*. The risk is still there, just less annoying to deal with.
Arcane Symbols
I think Nexon could handle this one by giving all characters on your account the highest value of Arcane Force and Sacred Force on your account, but not the stats related to it.
If you have a character that maxed all their symbols all your characters can just fight all the way up to black mage with no damage lost.
There would still be incentive to do your dailies since you would gain stat from the levels on droplets, but you're not completely screwed if you decide you only want to do them once in awhile and just focus on weekly grind sessions.
Final Thoughts
"If I've done it once, don't make me do it again. If I must do it again, then make it easier"
Personal growth allows previously completed content to be even easier on separate characters and on future runs.
I think the game reflecting this growth across your entire account is an excellent idea.
In my personal opinion your main character is your account, not whichever class you main. (less)
Respone to Received Feedback:
I wasn't aware of the changes to Dream Defender in Savior. I'm happy the climb will be removed. Rune of Riches change would only be meant for areas
between 200 - 260 for Arcane River and 260 above for Grandis. Making it tempting to pop these runes instead of changing channels to find one that benefits me grinding.
I agree with the rune change. However there are far more problems than just Rune of Riches.
Rune of Contact and Rune of Might are also worthless in the higher level areas.
I would suggest all runes be balanced around all stages of the game.
There should be no bad runes, you shouldn't get a "reward" for grinding only to curse the reward you obtained.
Will Test is a personal grudge of mine, since we get shout-outs from people stating that you "Must know mechanics". But when I ask people to teach me they return to me by saying "Just watch a YouTube Video". The Tenebris Sparks of Determination comments goes past me since I was referring to a new form of currency.
I'm sorry to say it, but just learn the test. It's not hard. Several youtube videos exist that explain how the test works (Phase 2 is the one that matters)
Unless you get absolutely screwed by poor placement or web RNG the test is completely free and there is no reason you should fail it.
The comment on the BiS items for Berserked and Eyepatch I'd counter with the low chance of getting these items and a way to get them guaranteed once every 6 months or so as a pity system would be wonderful. The Arcane Force part due to higher Symbols would make the end game more accessible for players.
A pity system for pitched items would be fantastic, this should obviously only exist for reboot where trading isn't possible.
If Nexon doesn't want players who already have a ton of the boss items stacked up they could introduce a new system or coin that goes moving forward.
This would allow Nexon to more finely control how often players obtain pitched gear. (less)
I think the reason Nexon is allowing Jett to switch to explorer classes is due to the cash shop.
This doesn't require them to change anything related to the database when it comes to how … (more)the character's cash shop is handled.
But Nexon should honestly allow them to change to any class, put in the extra work to handle database/questline cases that might prove difficult and just warn players "Your cash shop will not transfer with you to your new job if you don't pick explorer." and just have a cash shop transfer event every few months until this whole Jett thing is over.
Nexon wouldn't put in the extra work to save the class in the first place, so there's no way they'll put in the extra work to allow it to change to any class, though.
I would like to see more classes get the kaiser/mech/WH treatment where they have a feature of their class that can be visually customized.
I think Nova and Resistance are both overdue for revamps.
