  • Cernium Questline Completion Notice

    After completion of Cernium questline, you will get 'Complete the Glory Guard mission (Cernium)' option when attempting to exit the Outpost map through the portal on the right. Upon clicking the option, you will be guided to Cernium map to complete the last portion of the dialogue.

    To exit the Cernium map afterward, please enter the middle portal and talk to NPC Moco.

  • Karma Koin - Missing Redemption Button

    Hello Maplers,

    We are aware of a current issue affecting all Prepaid NX purchase attempts involving Karma Koin cards/codes where the "Redeem" button is missing.
    As of this message, we've identified the root cause of the issue, but a full fix will not be fully implemented until the coming week.
    For the time being, we ask that you remain patient with our billing team while we work to correct this issue as soon as possible.
