As far as I can tell, the link works fine (although it's not clickable), and launcher logs are not required unless you specify that you're having trouble with the launcher itself.
If you're having issues with the game itself, select "Gameplay" under "Choose your issue", rather than "Technical Support". If you're having issues with the launcher and are still unable to attach the logs as requested, you can select "Other" from the "Where did you encounter your issue?" dropdown list and it will not ask you for a log.
Strictly speaking, the Fairy Academy storyline ended after you defeated the Mole King the first time. The Dethrone the Mole King quest is entirely optional and doesn't grant any special rewards that I know of.
You might want to move on to another theme dungeon, such as Elodin, Gold Beach, or Riena Strait. Check the Maple Guide (default hotkey is U if I'm not mistaken) for stuff to do around your level, or check the lightbulb icon on the left-hand side of the screen for available quests.
You mean in regards to the starting outfit? It's because he's a pig farmer at the start of the game. There are cosmetic sets which look more like the official artwork available periodically.
If you're referring to these outfits looking bad, I can't comment on personal taste.
I'm pretty sure that's intentional. That dialog appears to start a quest; the top option accepts the quest, the bottom dialog declines the quest. Similar to other dialog in the game where it asks you "Are you ready to move? Yes/No"
It's worded a bit weird, but I think it's just trying to say "let's wait".
