if you have used reg 10% CSS's you will know how hard it is to get them to succeed, it's the same way spell trace side.
GMS team is too lazy to make an updated chart that includes CSS even though every other version has an up to date chart that includes the CSS rate change and innocent scroll rate change.
for future reference use this chart from JMS, or a chart from KMS if things change
the first 4 are obvious
last 2 are innocent scroll and Clean slate
and the support team know next to nothing about the game and dont have much ability out side of copy paste.
asking them for help outside of getting a bug fixed, may as well talk to a tree.
sorry to inform you OP, but it's very likely that even if nexon did another world leap event they would not allow you or any other player to leap to bera now that it's highly populated (cause Nexon Logic)
this is how we got the "bera being the only highly populated server" issue
things have changed, now there's a chance to get banned by their auto ban system for no reason.
It still doesn't ban those spam bot or meso farming bots, so don't worry, not too much has changed.
