The skill cool down for decent skills is lower than the active time of the skills. There is no point having a cool down! If the cool down were eliminated we could macro them and then I … (more)would have more places on my keys for other things. As a Kanna I'm running out of space with all the summons, buffs and skills. At one point I thought kms was getting this change. I don't know if it ever happened or not, but it would be a very nice change. (less)
